The Shamrock Shuffle is a chip-timed by Runner's Edge Race Timing. This event is hosted by runners FOR runners. The course will be well marked and volunteers will be positioned at key turns to prevent wrong turns. Like all races- Participants are responsible for knowing the course.
The 5k Race Course is flat, fast and offers scenic views of Muskegon Lake! In the event it snows...in Michigan... in March... on race day... the bike trail may be snow covered and icy. Participants are encouraged to monitor road and trail conditions leading up to the event and wear traction devices if it's slippery. The race crosses bridges, crosswalks and roads that may be slippery. Run at your own risk, be careful and most importantly- HAVE FUN!
***NO DOGS ALLOWED*** ***Strollers allowed*** The race will take place, regardless of weather. Don't ask for a refund- this is a FUNdraiser. We love dogs, but our insurance policy specifically says NO DOGS. So- no dogs.
